Delivery Information
We assure you that we will deliver your favorites at your doorsteps in the shortest time possible. If we talk about the ETA (estimated time of arrival) of your favorites, the products will be dispatched within 3 days of placing the order and reach you in time. For customized products, we will inform you separately as it's on case to case basis.
COURIER PARTNERS AND RATES APPLICABLE
We at Satra traders will ship the deliverables to you, globally, with the best suitable courier service in your area. Shipping charges would be charged separately over and above the amount of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of your courier. Calm down, we will charge you the least of what we can.
However, in the case of international shipments, the buyer will be liable to pay all sorts of taxes, customs duties, and brokerages including return freight; in case of return.
A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged if customer cancels the order at the last moment after the parcel is packed.
TRACK ME
After placing the order, we will keep on updating the status of your product, also you can track your order using the order ID/ number provided by us to you at the time of placing the order. Once we dispatch the order to you, we will share all the required details with you via E-mail or text message. On delivery, we will share a mail for delivery plus review, because your feedback is important to us.
In case you are unable to locate your parcel, please feel free to contact our team, we will track it down for you.
NON-RECEIPT OR RECEIPT OF DAMAGED PARCEL
In case you are not available to receive the parcel, we will re-attempt to deliver the same within 24 hours. However, it is advised to communicate your unavailability with our courier partner as he will be calling you, before reaching out to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, you can either refuse to accept the same or you can contact our team to replace the same. Further, you are requested to drop an email to our help desk for the purpose of intimation of your return.
In case you are attempting to return an accepted/open parcel, you are requested to drop us an email. Also, you are requested to pack it completely so that it can be intact and won’t get damaged further.
