I had asked for the correct items to be sent and the incorrect ones to be picked up. The lady handling the Whatsapp account informed me that the correct items had been sent on 29th August. For the last 4 days, I have been requesting for the tracking ID and still have not received it. My previous orders were frequently messed up and there were always some lame excuses to pardon the mistakes. It gets tiring after some time.
