False statement

First of all the above statement is fully false statement that you fulfilled our order 19 days ago I have received my order just 8 days ago . I have ordered from your website on 17 July and made prepayment of my order even I have provided with the correct address to you after one week also I didn't received my order I called up the courier company they were telling that consignee address was wrong which was absolutely wrong which I provided detailed address I made continuous follow-ups with them but all in vain so I messaged you on each and every possible way that was on instagram, WhatsApp,mail , call your executives didn't replied me for couple of days so I continuously called you one of your executives picked up the call and told me that you make the payment now then she will immediately resend my order she wasn't even aware that my order was paid in advance I told her about that then she told me that she would resend the order on Friday then on Friday that is 26th July I received a call saying that the beads which I have ordered has stock out so I have to choose from another option she whatsapped me photos of another beads which were different from the product that I have ordered and told me to select from those so I selected from that as I have no option she told me that I will receive my parcel the next day she is sending in anjani courier the next day arrived but I didn't received my order I called your executives the were continuously giving me false statement that I will receive it I will receive it I made a dozens of call daily and also asked them to share the tracking number so that I can track my order but they didn't provided me that also after a long hetic follows I received my order on 31st July which was 15 days after I placed my order and about which feedback you are asking the above mentioned product which I have ordered and paid for I didn't received that at the end I have to adjust with another beads it was a terrific experience
